Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

Return & Refund
What is your return policy?
1. To initiate a return, please contact with sales manager within 3 days. 2. Items must be unworn and unwashed, undamaged, unaltered. 2. Any returns must be made at your own cost, after return, please write tracking number and website to sales manager.
3. Generally, we will refund within 7 business days after receive return items. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees, actual shipping charges and tax for return. Note: Please don’t return goods to the sender address on the package. It is not a return address. Please contact with sales manager to get a return address.
How to deal with, If the item is defective?
1. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact with sales manager within 3 days to inform us of the issue.
2. You must add the photo or video of damage/defect item in email.
3. After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method.
4. Generally, it will takes 3-5 business days for corfirm and refund. Note: If we have not receive message or e-mail within 3 days after you receive the parcel, it will no longer qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
